2011 Artist Numbers
by Sollitaire on May.07, 2011, under News
Artist Numbers will be assigned by the end of May still giving you enough time for you to be able to fill out your paperwork before attending the show.
For mail-in artists, please contact me before you mail in your artwork if I have not assigned your numbers yet.
For those attending, as far as paperwork to be sent in prior to the show is concerned, we only require the rules to be signed and submitted. You do not need your artist number for the rules, we will fill that in at the show.
I apologize for the delay this year, I am finishing up my first PhD spring semester at the moment and am spending the rest of the month in Korea! Don’t worry, there is someone there to pick up all mail and artwork should it be sent in while I am away.
Thanks!
Diana

Diana,
I know this is cutting it close, but I’m curious if there is still Art Show space?
Thank you,
Kit

Diana,
Thanks! Just registered for space. I realize that in order for my artwork to arrive by May 28th, I’ll need to be mailing it Monday, the 23rd. Should I leave the artist number portion blank to be filled in at the convention?

I just assigned artist numbers tonight! Yours is 32.

Thanks very much for the quick reply!
I’m SO very sorry, but I also seem to have misplaced the mailing address for artwork/payment/forms. I swear, I’d misplace my head if it wasn’t attached.

Just checked for my artist’s number and it doesn’t seem to be there. Payment was sent last week so it should be there by now.
Thanks!

Ah yes! I should have listed the one caveat – if you sent in payment by mail, you will not get your artist number until next Monday as I am still out of the country until this weekend.

Diana,
Thanks so much for all your assistance and the super-quick replies to everything. Swear, I’m all done pestering you now and will pop my art in the mail first thing in the morning.
Thanks again,
Kit
